Itinerary of the Tour

All One Day ─ Mountain Biking

1. Getting Started

After the security check and advice from our guides, we will begin our journey at an altitude of 4,700 meters.

The first section of the route is a soft asphalt road that is perfect for getting used to the feel of the motorcycles and warming up our legs. There is a short uphill section near the start that can be challenging at high altitude.

If you need assistance, you can always join the support vehicle for a while to help you get through it.

2. The Death Road

Shortly after passing the Undavi checkpoint, we will reach the famous “Death Road” itself.

Here, the path becomes a winding dirt road, and we will take a break at the top to receive further safety instructions and enjoy the breathtaking views of the path winding through the valley ahead.

3. The Descent

From now on, we will not pedal as much as we will focus on controlling our bikes according to our guide’s instructions. As we descend, the path will sometimes be dusty and dry, other times it will be rocky shale stones, and closer to the bottom, we will even pass waterfalls.

The views will always be stunning, and there will be plenty of breaks for us to enjoy, take photos, and let the slower ones catch up.

4. Arrival at the Lodge

After 4 or 5 hours of cycling, we will arrive at the 2 Rios lodge, where showers and a buffet lunch will be waiting for us.
